This morning, I took Sean and Trevor to the Hawkwatch at the Wildlife Reasearch Institute in Ramona. A small event, but pretty cool - unfortunately we missed the Raptor banding demonstration, but we did get to see a hawk or two up close.
After a bit of cropping and color correction I came up with this image. I never cease to be amazed at the incredible handiwork of God in creation. This is a magnificent bird of prey and I am in awe of it and our mutual Creator.
